Rotary International has one of the longest-running and best youth exchange programs in the world. The Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island has been sponsoring local teens to spend a year in school overseas for over 20 years and sponsoring international exchange students here. Unlike many expensive exchange programs, the majority of your expenses are covered by Rotary and our host families.
